feeling like an old man

One might be tempted to think that riding a horse was generally a passive action. The horse is the one doing the walking after all. One might be tempted to think that as long as you don’t fall off that there would be no adverse effects. One might be wrong.

If the horse only walks (the first of several speeds the horse has to chose from) then the presumptions might hold true, but as the horse kicks into the higher gears and then turns on the afterburners known as a gallap, things tend to change slightly as can be attested to by my sore back and bruise rear-end. My walking style has closly approximated that of someone closing in on 100.

Its ok though, cause that horse can fly, and unlike those silly roller-coasters the kids are so found off, you don’t know exactly what he is going to do. Adrenaline rush.
