with head hung in shame

I have let you, my faithful reader(s) down. I have gone multiple days with not so much as a peep from me. Well actually I don’t eat peeps anymore. I have held a special dislike for them since Easter 2004 when, during the Encounter (Kids) service, I wore a large pink bunny suit and stuffed my face full of them for three hours. They lost their appeal. The preceding story has nothing to do with what I planned on talking about today.

I actually didn’t have anything planned to talk about today so you are likely to get a lot of this kind of rambling. Activity wise, I haven’t really been doing a lot. I go to play practice a lot. I sleep a little. And I go to Clemson to hang out with the supa kewl people I know up there. That is about it. I am very purposefully not working until this fall.

I have gone through much of my life thinking that I absolutly had to wear socks if I wore shoes, and I was wrong. I recently taken up this habit along with wearing shorts, which I gave up sometime around the time I graduated from high school last millinium. Don’t ask me why I did it, cause I don’t know. Maybe it was just a whim.

You should go here and listen to the melodious sounds of Lee McDerment because they are indeed melodious. Chromio and Juliet is a favorite. For those not in the know, Lee is the worship leader at New Spring. You should come.
